Everything you need to get help with Bonpredict is on this page. If you can’t find your answer here, email us and a person will read it.
One address, for everything — questions, billing, bugs, account problems, and anything you’d rather ask than work out yourself:
We read every message and reply as quickly as we can, usually within two working days. We answer in English.
You’ll get a faster answer if you include:
Bonpredict is an information service. We read live football matches and send you in-play tips as they appear, with the market and the coefficient we saw at the time.
We are not a betting platform and we are not a bookmaker. You cannot place a bet through Bonpredict. We take no wagers, we never hold or handle your money, and we pay out nothing. Any bet you choose to place is between you and a betting operator you pick yourself, and every stake is your own decision and your own risk.
You sign in with an email address and a password. The same account works everywhere — it is your account, not your handset, that Bonpredict recognises.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a reset link. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to info@bonpredict.com from the address you signed up with.
You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app: Settings › Account › Delete account. You’ll be asked for your password to confirm it’s really you.
Deletion is permanent. It removes your account and the data stored against it, it cancels any active subscription, and it cannot be undone. There is no recovery afterwards, so please export anything you want to keep first.
If the app can’t complete the deletion — for example because your account was created without a password — email info@bonpredict.com and we will do it by hand. Full detail is on our account deletion page.
Without Pro you still get a working app: you see every fifth live signal in full, and every signal that has already settled is shown in full to everyone. On the live signals that are locked, you can see the coefficient but not the pick itself.
With Pro, nothing is locked. Every live signal arrives complete — teams, market and coefficient — the moment it is published.
Pro is sold as a subscription on bonpredict.com, in three lengths: €12.99 for one month, €29.99 for three months and €49.99 for six months. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Your subscription is attached to your Bonpredict account. Sign in with that account on an iPhone, on an Android phone, or on the web, and your access comes with you. There is nothing to transfer and nothing to buy twice.
If you have just paid and the app still shows locked signals, give it a minute and pull down to refresh — activation is near-instant but not always instantaneous. If it hasn’t cleared after that, sign out and back in. If it still hasn’t, email us and we’ll sort it out.
You can cancel at any time, yourself, from your account page — sign in and open the billing portal, where you can also change the card we bill and download invoices. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you would rather we did it, email info@bonpredict.com and we will cancel it for you. Refunds and the right of withdrawal are set out in our Terms of Service.
Locked signals are the paid part of the service. Free accounts get one live signal in five in full, plus every settled signal in full. The rest stay locked until you subscribe. Nothing is hidden from you as a penalty — it is simply what Pro pays for.
Signals only appear when a live match actually produces one, so quiet periods are normal and don’t mean anything is broken. Volume follows the football calendar, not the clock.
The coefficient shown is the one observed when the signal was published, and prices move quickly in-play. Always check the live price with your own operator before you decide anything. The number in the app is information about a moment that has passed, not an offer.
History shows settled picks only — a signal appears there once its match has finished and the outcome is known, not when it is published. Two things follow from that:
If the app can’t reach our servers, it shows clearly-labelled sample entries rather than an empty screen, and tells you on the screen that it is doing so. Sample entries are illustrations of the layout. They are not results, and they are never presented as ours. When the connection comes back, real data replaces them.
In Settings you control notifications with two switches:
Both are on when you install the app. Turning one off stops those notifications for your account on every device you are signed in on.
Work through these in order:
If all of that is right and you are still getting nothing, email us and tell us which phone you are on — that is usually enough for us to find it.
Signing out stops notifications for that device. If you use a shared or borrowed phone, sign out when you have finished.
Bonpredict is for adults only. You must be at least 18, and older where the law where you are says so — in most US states, for example, the minimum gambling age is 21.
Betting is gambling, not an investment, and you can lose money. Never stake more than you can afford to lose, and never chase a loss. Because we are not a bookmaker, the tools that actually control betting — deposit and loss limits, time-outs, self-exclusion — sit with your operator and with national schemes, not with us.
Our Responsible Play page explains how to stay in control, what the warning signs look like, and where to get free and confidential help, including the national helplines. If betting has stopped being fun, please read it.
To exercise a data-protection right, or to ask what we hold about you, write to info@bonpredict.com from the address on your account.
If something is broken, tell us — we would rather hear it than not. Email info@bonpredict.com with what you were doing, what you saw, and your phone and operating system. If it concerns one particular pick, the signal ID makes it far quicker to trace.
