Checking your account…
Cancelling stops the next renewal and nothing else. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, there is no cancellation fee and no notice period, and your account, your history and your sign-in all stay exactly as they are. If you genuinely want the account and its data gone as well, that is a separate and permanent step: delete your account.
Apple handles that one, not us — open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel or change it. Everything bought on bonpredict.com is managed on this page.
Email info@bonpredict.com from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you by hand. You are never dependent on this page working — that route is always open, and refunds and the right of withdrawal are set out in our Terms of Service.
