These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and the operator of Bonpredict (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the Bonpredict mobile app, the website at bonpredict.com, and the Bonpredict API (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Play page. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Bonpredict is operated as a sole proprietorship (ατομική επιχείρηση) established in Greece, at Lechovou 39, 56626 Thessaloniki, Greece. The operator’s full registered name and Greek tax number (ΑΦΜ) are available on request at info@bonpredict.com and will be added to this page.
Bonpredict is an information service. We provide sports-betting signals — tips, predictions, and analysis — delivered through the Bonpredict app.
Bonpredict is not a bookmaker, betting operator, casino, or gambling platform. We do not accept, place, broker, or settle bets; we do not hold, handle, or transfer any betting funds or stakes; and we do not operate any form of gaming. Any bet you choose to place is a decision you make, with a third-party operator of your choosing, entirely at your own risk and on that operator’s terms.
Our signals are opinions and informational content only. They are not a promise, guarantee, or recommendation that any bet will succeed, and they are not financial, investment, or professional advice. See the disclaimer in section 8, which is central to these Terms.
To use the Service you must:
Bonpredict is offered worldwide, except in markets where betting-related content is prohibited or restricted and which are excluded from distribution.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and any betting you do, is legal in your jurisdiction. Gambling laws differ widely and change; some countries and regions prohibit or restrict betting and betting-tips services entirely. If it is not lawful for you, you must not use the Service. We may restrict or refuse access based on location.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@bonpredict.com if you suspect unauthorised use. One account per person; you may not share, resell, or transfer your account or your access to the paid feed.
Plans and price. The Service is offered on a paid subscription. Current plans, prices, currency, and billing cycles are shown at the point of purchase and set out below.
All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions are purchased on bonpredict.com. The Bonpredict app contains no in-app purchase — sign in to the app with the account you subscribed with to unlock the full feed.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using your chosen payment method, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the renewal automatically through Stripe.
How you pay. All payments are processed by Stripe on bonpredict.com. The Bonpredict app contains no in-app purchase and cannot take a payment. Your card details are handled by Stripe under its own terms; we never see or store them.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change affects you, and the new price applies from your next renewal. If you do not accept it, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Free trials. Bonpredict does not offer a free trial. A free tier of the Service is available without payment; it shows a limited selection of signals in full and the remainder in redacted form.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancel from your account on bonpredict.com, or by emailing info@bonpredict.com.
Refunds. We refund a subscription in full if you ask within 14 days of the payment and you have not made substantial use of the paid feed in that time. Email info@bonpredict.com and we will process it through Stripe. Outside that window, fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers). You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the Service is digital content supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply begins. Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable statutory right you have, and your other statutory rights are unaffected.
Deleting your account is not the same as cancelling. If you delete your Bonpredict account without cancelling your subscription, the subscription may continue to bill. See our account deletion page.

Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or termination without refund, and we may pursue any remedies available to us.
This section is fundamental to your use of the Service.
The Service, and all content in it — including the signals, analysis, text, graphics, the app, the “Bonpredict” name and logo, and the underlying software — is owned by or licensed to the operator of Bonpredict and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use while your subscription is active. You get no other rights. The app-store marks belong to their respective owners.
The Service depends on and links to third parties — the app stores, payment providers, and, through your own choices, bookmakers and other sites. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. If an app store or a provider changes or withdraws its service, that may affect the Service.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features (or the whole Service) and may set or change signal frequency and content at our discretion. We are not liable for any unavailability or change, subject to section 12.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law — for example liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your non-waivable consumer rights.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and, to the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law — including any gambling law that applies to you. Mandatory consumer-law limits continue to apply.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law or by an app-store or payment provider, or if we reasonably believe your use creates a legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time — see section 6 and our account deletion page. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 2, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, and 16 — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and without depriving you of the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at info@bonpredict.com so we can try to resolve the matter — we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it, disputes will be dealt with by the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Nothing here removes your right, as a consumer, to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
