These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and the operator of BonPredict (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the BonPredict mobile app, the website at bonpredict.com, and the BonPredict API (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Play page. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BonPredict is operated as a sole proprietorship (ατομική επιχείρηση) established in Greece, at Lechovou 39, 56626 Thessaloniki, Greece. The operator’s full registered name and Greek tax number (ΑΦΜ) are available on request at info@bonpredict.com and will be added to this page.
BonPredict is an information service. We provide sports-betting signals — tips, predictions, and analysis — delivered through the BonPredict app.
BonPredict is not a bookmaker, betting operator, casino, or gambling platform. We do not accept, place, broker, or settle bets; we do not hold, handle, or transfer any betting funds or stakes; and we do not operate any form of gaming. Any bet you choose to place is a decision you make, with a third-party operator of your choosing, entirely at your own risk and on that operator’s terms.
Our signals are opinions and informational content only. They are not a promise, guarantee, or recommendation that any bet will succeed, and they are not financial, investment, or professional advice. See the disclaimer in section 8, which is central to these Terms.
To use the Service you must:
BonPredict is offered worldwide, except in markets where betting-related content is prohibited or restricted and which are excluded from distribution.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and any betting you do, is legal in your jurisdiction. Gambling laws differ widely and change; some countries and regions prohibit or restrict betting and betting-tips services entirely. If it is not lawful for you, you must not use the Service. We may restrict or refuse access based on location.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@bonpredict.com if you suspect unauthorised use. One account per person; you may not share, resell, or transfer your account or your subscription.
Plans and price. BonPredict Pro, the paid part of the Service, is offered on subscription. Pro sends a push notification for each new signal; in the current version of the app, the rest of the Service, including the whole Feed, is free. Current plans, prices, currency, and billing cycles are shown at the point of purchase and set out below.
Prices on bonpredict.com are in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Where a BonPredict app offers a subscription, the store shows you the price for your country and currency, and any tax, before you confirm your purchase. However you subscribe, your subscription belongs to your BonPredict account: sign in to the app with the account you subscribed with to use BonPredict Pro.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using your chosen payment method, until you cancel. By subscribing on bonpredict.com, you authorise us to charge the renewal automatically through Stripe. Where a BonPredict app offers a subscription through Google Play or Apple’s App Store, you authorise that store to charge each renewal automatically, under its terms.
How you pay. It depends on where you subscribe. On bonpredict.com, payments are processed by Stripe. Where the BonPredict Android app offers a subscription, it is processed by Google Play and follows Google Play’s terms. Where the BonPredict iPhone app offers a subscription, it is processed by Apple’s App Store and follows Apple’s terms. Your card and payment details are handled by Stripe or, where a store sells you the subscription, by that store, under their own terms; we never see or store them.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change affects you, and the new price applies from your next renewal. If you do not accept it, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Free trials. BonPredict does not offer a free trial. The Service is free to use without payment. In the current version of the app, that includes the whole Feed in real time. Push notifications are part of BonPredict Pro.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you subscribed on bonpredict.com, cancel from your account there, or by emailing info@bonpredict.com. If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel in Settings in the BonPredict app or on the Subscriptions page of the Google Play Store. If you subscribed through Apple’s App Store, cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Refunds. For a subscription bought on bonpredict.com, we refund in full if you ask within 14 days of the payment and you have not made substantial use of BonPredict Pro in that time. Email info@bonpredict.com and we will process it through Stripe. Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are handled through Google Play’s own refund process, under Google Play’s rules; refunds for purchases made through Apple’s App Store are handled by Apple in the same way. Outside those windows, fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers). You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the Service is digital content supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout on bonpredict.com to consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply begins. If you buy through Google Play or Apple’s App Store, the store’s own terms and checkout apply to that consent and to any withdrawal. Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable statutory right you have, and your other statutory rights are unaffected.
Deleting your account also cancels your subscription. If you delete your BonPredict account, a subscription bought on bonpredict.com or through Google Play is cancelled as part of the deletion, and you are not billed again. No refund is issued for the remainder of a period you have already paid for. If the cancellation cannot go through, the app tells you, and you can email info@bonpredict.com. A subscription bought through Apple’s App Store is managed by Apple and is not cancelled when you delete your account: cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings first. Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or termination without refund, and we may pursue any remedies available to us.
This section is fundamental to your use of the Service.
The Service, and all content in it — including the signals, analysis, text, graphics, the app, the “BonPredict” name and logo, and the underlying software — is owned by or licensed to the operator of BonPredict and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You get no other rights. The app-store marks belong to their respective owners.
The Service depends on and links to third parties — the app stores, payment providers, and, through your own choices, bookmakers and other sites. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. If an app store or a provider changes or withdraws its service, that may affect the Service.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features (or the whole Service) and may set or change signal frequency and content at our discretion. We are not liable for any unavailability or change, subject to section 12.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law — for example liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your non-waivable consumer rights.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and, to the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law — including any gambling law that applies to you. Mandatory consumer-law limits continue to apply.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law or by an app-store or payment provider, or if we reasonably believe your use creates a legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time — see section 6 and our account deletion page. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 2, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, and 16 — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and without depriving you of the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at info@bonpredict.com so we can try to resolve the matter — we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it, disputes will be dealt with by the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Nothing here removes your right, as a consumer, to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
